This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Mind Smoothie LLC and Chad's Videos LLC, the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

Our course and site is hosted by Learnworlds Ltd. (“LearnWorlds”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.
Your data is stored through LearnWorlds’ data storage, databases and the general LearnWorlds application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
